At University Tees, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to providing custom apparel. Our apparel is made to order! Unlike traditional retailers, we don't maintain a large inventory of ready-to-ship items. Instead, we produce your orders on-demand, which means each piece of clothing is carefully crafted just for you. This is also done in an effort to help reduce the amount of waste from standard e-commerce fashion inventory. When a customer checks out an order, our purchasing team immediately buys the apparel from a supplier and we print Direct to Garment (or DTG) to get your order shipped within 5-7 business days! DTG printing allows us to print the detailed designs on this website with speed, and with unlimited color options!

Shop UTees Fraternity Cancellation Policy (shop.utees.com)
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed. Please reach out to customerservice@utees.com immediately if you made an error in ordering! Once you place an order, we are unable to make changes outside of updating the shipping address. Please note that the shipping address cannot be changed once a label has been printed.

Return/Exchange Policy (shop.utees.com)
Since all orders are custom produced, we do not accept returns unless the item(s) ordered is defective or the wrong item(s) is received! We must be notified of the defective/incorrect item(s) within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days the customer must accept the product in the condition it was received. We cannot accept an exchange and/or return if you ordered the item incorrectly (size, organization) or if you do not receive your apparel in time for an event.
