Q: Why isn't my greek organization available?
A: If you cannot find your organization for a design, that means the Greek organization denied it. We suggest finding another design you love, as it likely will be available!

Q: My item is damaged (or not what I ordered), what do I do?
A: We would love to get this sorted out for you! If you didn’t receive the product that you ordered (wrong size, color etc.), or if your item arrived damaged, send an email including a photo of the item and your order number to customerservice@utees.com and include as much information as possible!
Q: What is the Shop UTees Fraternity printing method?
A: At University Tees, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to providing high-quality apparel. Our apparel is made to order on our direct to garment printer. The DTG printing produces a more faded print. If you would like a group (12+) screen-printed order, please start a quote here!
Unlike traditional retailers, we don't maintain a large inventory of ready-to-ship items. Instead, we produce your orders on-demand, which means each piece of clothing is carefully crafted just for you. This is also done in an effort to reduce our carbon footprint and help reduce the amount of waste from standard e-commerce fashion inventory.
Q: How should I wash my apparel?
A: Due to the print from our Direct to Garment (DTG) machine, you should wash your apparel inside out on a cold cycle. Make sure to air dry these garments.
Q: What is your turnaround time?
A: Our apparel is made to order! Orders are shipped within 5-7 business days. This does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as your order ships via Standard Ground Shipping.
Q: Why could it take up to 10-14 business days to arrive?
A: Our apparel is made to order. Once we've received your order, it takes 5-7 business days to produce your goods (that includes ordering the apparel, printing and packaging your order). After your order is produced, it's sent to your shipping partners to get delivered to your door step. The shipping process typically takes 5-7 business days, but may take longer due to carrier delays. At University Tees, we pride ourselves on our unique approach to providing high-quality apparel. Unlike traditional retailers, we don't maintain a large inventory of ready-to-ship items. Instead, we produce your orders on-demand, which means each piece of clothing is carefully crafted just for you. While this approach allows us to offer an extensive range of designs and styles, it does have an impact on our shipping options. Unfortunately, we cannot offer expedited shipping services because we cannot guarantee when the apparel from our suppliers will arrive at our production facility to be processed and shipped out.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: Spend $100 and shipping is free! Standard ground shipping is $6.99.
Q: I have a promo code, does it work on universitytees.com?
A: No, unfortunately promo codes only work at shop.universitytees.com.
Q: Why does my order have separate shipments?
A: To deliver your order as fast as possible, you may receive two different shipments if you ordered more than one item.
Q: How do I find my right size?
